All products are made with utmost care and quality kept in mind so we do not accept returns. Returns are provided only in case of damage in transit or defective product recevied.
In the unlikely event that delivery has been unsuccessful and returned to us by the shipping partner (due to wrong address or contact etc.)we may generate refund,but certain charges are non refundable which includes 4% payment processing charges+GST,charged by payment gateway and website hosting platform and convenience fee of INR 200.
When are returns not possible?
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
In case of returns , the product must be received back into the warehouse within 3-7 days from the date of delivery. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, the name of the product , thats the receipt.

Process of return
Customer has to make a video of opening the package showing the defect and send it to us within 3 days from the date of delivery . After approval of the video you ship it to us with the required information. The product goes through quality check by our team , if approved the product is replaced by us (depends on availability).Incase the product is out of stock we provide a coupon of the same amount ,which would be valid for upto one month from the date its issued.
Do you refund customers for the postage expense of returning the goods?
No. We do not refund users for postage expenses incurred for returning goods.
